"The whole experience was liberating. Being supported in understanding how to access a food lifestyle which will benefit me long term has been amazing. Connecting with food that nourishes and supports my menopausal needs and making it exciting hasn’t been part of my everyday plan, but with the help of Adriana, it is now. I was preparing to run a marathon and the months passed and I was unable to up my running and get over the 5km mark when I met Adriana and she helped change that around. "As part of Mental Health Awareness Week, Adriana facilitated and led very engaging and interactive workshops. Discussion was promoted as part of the presentations and the experiences were both educational and enlightening.
