The whole experience was liberating. Being supported in understanding how to access a food lifestyle which will benefit me long term has been amazing. Connecting with food and making it exciting hasn’t been part of my everyday plan, but with the help of Adriana I can see it very much being part of my daily plan. I’m sure I will have ‘blips’, but I have tools now to keep on a path.
Improvements towards my ‘Time Management’ was extremely energising and helped so much with prioritising, my monetary worth, family. This part of the coaching was particularly exhilarating as Adriana helped me and will continue to work towards my next ‘Adventure.
Working with Adriana for 4 weeks has helped me greatly in achieving my health and well-being objectives, and feeling more connected to my body. I have built healthier habits and after a month of work, I feel stronger, more energised and have lost some weight. I got to understand my body better, what works and what doesn't work for me. I had less bloating and stomach problems, to which I was prone before starting the health programme.
Adriana has been an excellent coach, holding me accountable to the weekly actions always mindful of specific circumstances and needs. She suggested alternatives and different options for me to try, all of which have worked out pretty well for me. I really appreciated the attention devoted to my habits/needs, without trying to make me deviate too much from them. My diet, lifestyle and mental well-being were all considered towards my goals, which made the journey pleasant and very fulfilling.

Adriana was a blessing from God sent, she came into my life at the right time, especially just had a horrible long covid experience with gut health issues where I was changing myself around and adapting to new outlook. Her guidance and coaching really helped me each week to get to where I wanted to be, and I strongly feel I will remember her wise words when I forget my wellness goals that I have got this and can do this, if I put my mind, body, soul to it to achieve anything!
Working with Adriana was an absolute joy. I was preparing to run a marathon and the months passed and was unable to up my running and get over the 5km mark when I met Adriana and she helped change that around. Not only that she helped me choose the right food to support my body with the effort of training but through her thorough questioning and coaching helped me uncover my limiting believe that I don’t have a body for running and the negative impact my self-image had on all other aspects of my life. During our eight weeks together she was by my side encouraging me, keeping me accountable for my training programme, keeping me motivated by reminding me over again what drove me to my final goal, getting over the finishing line with the cheering crowds and the proud faces of my family. And with the help of Adriana this became a reality
