That way, we get to know each other and can decide on a tailor-made programme that best suits you, to create the healthiest and happiest version of you!

We work together for 8 to 12 weeks meeting once a week for an hour. I will also schedule regular update chats for extra support. Each session is tailored to what you want to achieve. This won’t happen overnight, long-lasting change takes time.
