Through holistic health coaching, I can help you transform lifestyle patterns and habits that are often blockers to better health and well-being.

    

I will work closely and sensitively with you so you are better able to:


  • Define and then reach your goals, whatever they may be. 
  • Understand how certain foods can nourish, make you feel better about yourself, aid your sleep, support crucial relaxation and energy levels, reduce stress and the risk of chronic illness. 
  • Make key behavioral changes, helping you overcome internal barriers and motivating you to be your best and happiest self.


In an initial and complimentary 45-minute consultation, we will review together your current health, learn about your concerns and understand your goals. That way, we get to know each other and can decide on a tailor-made programme that best suits you, to create the healthiest and happiest version of you!

  1:1 Health coach programme, 

via zoom or in person. 

We work together for 8 to 12 weeks meeting once a week for an hour. I will also schedule regular update chats for extra support. Each session is tailored to what you want to achieve. This won’t happen overnight, long-lasting change takes time.
